Budget per team

Teams take turns nominating. On each lot you set the most you'd pay or pass; the player goes to the highest maximum at a dollar over the next one. Computer teams bid from Swindlr's dollar values (Swindlr value) with some unpredictability, their roster needs and the money they have left. Every team keeps $1 for each empty spot.
