Terms of use

The deal. Swindlr (“Swindlr,” “we”) runs swindlr.io, its pages, tools, images, downloads and data endpoints (together, “the service”). By using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Personal use. You may use the service for your own fantasy leagues: check trades, read the boards, download a board for your own use, and share links and share images with your league or on social media. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.

No scraping or bulk downloading. Don't use bots, scrapers, crawlers, scripts or other automated means to read, copy or collect the service's values, rankings, trade results or other content, and don't download boards or query the calculator or any endpoint in bulk. Don't get around rate limits, sign-in requirements or other access controls, or use accounts or addresses to multiply your access. Search engines may index public pages as robots.txt allows.

No reverse engineering. Don't try to work out, reconstruct or copy how Swindlr values players and picks: its model, formulas, weights or fitted settings, whether by decompiling or inspecting the software or by systematically feeding the calculator or endpoints inputs and recording what comes back.

No commercial reuse. Don't republish, sell, license or redistribute Swindlr's values, rankings, trade grades, charts or downloads, or use them in another product or service (including a trade calculator, ranking site, app, newsletter, paid content, or a data set for training or tuning a model), without our written permission. Downloaded boards carry a source line and markings that identify them as Swindlr's.

What's ours. Swindlr owns the service and its content: the values, rankings, grades, text, design, images, software and data compilations, and the Swindlr name, logo and other marks. Using the service doesn't give you any ownership of them or any right to use our marks. Player names and statistics, team names and league data belong to their owners. Swindlr is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, their teams or players' associations, or Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo, MyFantasyLeague, Fleaflicker or Fantrax.

Fantasy advice, not a promise. Swindlr's values, verdicts, projections and suggestions are estimates and opinions for entertainment and information. They can be wrong or out of date, and injuries, news and other managers change things. You make your own decisions in your leagues, and Swindlr isn't responsible for how a trade, lineup, waiver claim or draft turns out.

Not for gambling. Swindlr is a fantasy sports tool. It doesn't take bets, offer odds for wagering, or run contests for money, and it isn't meant for sports betting or paid daily fantasy contests. Don't use it for those. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

Your league data. When you open a league, Swindlr reads its public data from the platform it's on, as the privacy notice describes. Only open leagues you're in or are allowed to view.

Accounts. If you make an account, keep your sign-in links to yourself, give a real email address, and keep to one account. We may suspend or close an account, or block access, that breaks these terms.

No warranty; limits on liability. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Swindlr isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for more than the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim (zero for the free service). Changes. We may change these terms; the date below will change with them, and using the service after a change means you accept it.
