How it works

Each player's fantasy points a game this season, from this season's games and the last two (recent ones count more, each moved to his age now), against what a team could pick up for free.

Times the games he's likely to play: the last two seasons' share, so a player who misses a third of the season counts that way.

Dynasty adds the next five seasons on an NBA age curve: growth into the mid-twenties, a plateau, a decline that steepens after 31.

Then checked against 3,326 real Sleeper NBA dynasty trades: picks are priced the way those trades priced them, and a player the market keeps paying more (or less) for moves up to about a third.

Scoring: point +1, rebound +1, assist +2, steal +4, block +4, turnover −2, three +1, fgm +2, fga −1, ftm +1, fta −1.
