From the NHL's own data: every team's prospect list and the last six drafts, with each player's seasons in other leagues. Scoring translates by league (NHL equivalency: the KHL keeps about three quarters of a player's scoring, the AHL under half, the CHL under a third), so no scouting grades: skills that haven't shown in the numbers yet don't count. Goalies translate by save percentage against their league's, shrunk hard (goalies are hard to project), so few rank high. Translations are fit on fifteen years of players who became regulars (what their junior, college or European lines turned into in the NHL), and the chance of becoming a regular and when on every skater drafted 2008-16, by draft slot, route and scoring; none of it is checked against real dynasty trades yet. Overall: rank on the dynasty board.
