Punting TO: values count the other eight categories, so players who hurt you in TO rise. Trades on this board judge the same way. This is also ESPN’s default categories league, which leaves turnovers out.

How it works

Each player's nine categories a game this season, each in standard deviations (z) across the players 12 teams start: FG% and FT% count makes above the league's rate on his attempts, turnovers count against. From this season's games and the last two (recent ones count more, each moved to his age now), against what a team could pick up for free.

Times the games he's likely to play: the last two seasons' share, so a player who misses a third of the season counts that way.

Dynasty adds the next five seasons on an NBA age curve: growth into the mid-twenties, a plateau, a decline that steepens after 31.

Then checked against 3,326 real Sleeper NBA dynasty trades (points leagues; their pick prices and market layer carry over here): picks are priced the way those trades priced them, and a player the market keeps paying more (or less) for moves up to about a third.
